Dispute Resolution▼
In the event of any disputes or legal proceedings related to our products, services, or website, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located within Bernalillo County, Albuquerque, New Mexico. You further agree that any such disputes will be resolved according to the laws of Bernalillo County and the State of New Mexico, without regard to conflicts of law principles.
Agreement to Arbitrate▼

The arbitration shall be conducted by a single neutral arbitrator appointed by mutual agreement of the parties, or, if the parties cannot agree, by the AAA in accordance with its rules. The arbitrator shall have expertise in matters related to this Jurisdiction Policy and shall follow applicable law. The arbitration shall take place in Albuquerque, New Mexico, USA unless otherwise agreed by the parties. The arbitration shall be conducted in English. The arbitrator shall have the authority to conduct the arbitration by telephone, video conference, written submissions, or in-person, as deemed necessary. Each party shall be responsible for their own attorney's fees, costs, and expenses incurred in connection with the arbitration, except as otherwise provided by law or this Jurisdiction Policy.
Waiver of Class Action and Jury Trial▼
1.Class Action Waiver:
You agree that any disputes shall be conducted on an individual basis and not as a class, collective, or representative action. You expressly waive any right to participate in class, collective, or representative proceedings.
2.Jury Trial Waiver
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you waive the right to a trial by jury in any action or proceeding brought in connection with this Policy or related matters.
Severability▼
Should any provision of this Policy be deemed invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable under applicable law, such invalidity, unlawfulness, or unenforceability shall not affect the validity, lawfulness, or enforceability of the remaining provisions. The invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable provision shall be considered superseded by a valid, lawful, and enforceable provision that most closely aligns with the original intent of the provision.
