30-Day Return Window

You have up to 30 days from the date of receiving the item to initiate a return.

 

Restocking Fee

 

No Restocking Fee

We do not charge a restocking fee for items that are returned with a Returned Authorization (RA) number, unworn, undamaged, in their original packaging, and with the original tags intact.


Refused Packages

Unopened refused packages, will incur a fee if the reason is deemed to be a customer error. Refer to the 'Refusing a Package' section for more information.


Worn Items

Worn items may be subject to a fee, which will be assessed based on the condition of the returned item.

 

Free Return Shipping

We offer free return shipping in the following cases:

If the item sent was incorrect.

If the item received is defective or not as described.

If the packaging arrived damaged and is noted by the carrier.

 

Return Label Charge

For all other returns including refused packages, a return label charge will apply. The exact amount will be determined based on your location and the size and weight of the item.

Refusing a Package

When a carrier attempts delivery, customers may refuse the package. We will be notified of the refusal and the reason provided. In cases where a package is refused without a valid reason (e.g. wrong item sent, damaged packaging or contents) or if the refusal was due to customer error (e.g., incorrect address provided, not being able to sign for the package, refusal to accept the package), a shipping fee will be applied to cover shipping and handling costs.
