WHOLESALE / TRADE ACCOUNT APPLICATION & TERMS

At MashaUSA, we are delighted to offer wholesale and trade accounts to qualified individuals, retailers, designers, resellers, and businesses. To be considered for a wholesale or trade account, please complete the accompanying application form in its entirety.

Wholesale Account Policy

Eligibility

To qualify for a wholesale or trade account, you must either belong to a recognized trade related to luxury goods, jewelry, retail, design, resale, or provide sufficient proof of your intent to resell or purchase products for business use.

Application Review

All wholesale and trade applications are reviewed manually. Submission of an application does not guarantee account approval, wholesale pricing, inventory reservation, order acceptance, or shipment.

Product Availability

Not all items available for retail purchase may be offered for wholesale purchase. We reserve the right to determine which products are available for wholesale, trade, bulk, resale, discounted business, or special-quantity orders.

Payment and Financing

We do not provide financing or extend credit terms for goods or services purchased through wholesale or trade accounts. Payment must be received and cleared before an order is processed or shipped, unless otherwise agreed in writing by MashaUSA.

Special Orders

In some cases, special orders may be accommodated. These orders may require a deposit or full prepayment, the amount of which will be communicated on a case-by-case basis. Special orders, custom orders, bulk orders, and discounted business purchases are final sale unless otherwise stated in writing by MashaUSA.

Minimums, Maximums and Pricing

MashaUSA may set minimum order values, maximum order limits, deposits, verification requirements, or staged shipment requirements on a case-by-case basis. Pricing is determined based on purchasing volume, product availability, order type, and other business factors. Discounts may apply based on quantity purchased and account status.

Wholesale Order Terms

Wholesale Final Sale Policy

All wholesale, trade, bulk, resale, discounted business, special-quantity, special order, and business-to-business purchases are final sale. Returns, exchanges, cancellations, and refunds are not accepted except in cases where an item is received damaged and the damage claim is approved by MashaUSA.

Damaged Item Exception

If an item is received damaged, the buyer must notify MashaUSA in writing within 48 hours of delivery. The buyer must provide clear photos and/or videos of the damaged item, the packaging, the shipping label, the outside box, the inside packaging, and any visible carrier damage. Claims submitted after this period or without sufficient evidence may be denied.

No Returns for Resale or Business Reasons

Wholesale returns are not accepted for buyer’s remorse, change of mind, over-ordering, slow resale, unsold inventory, customer preference, marketplace restrictions, pricing concerns, cash-flow issues, or business performance reasons.

Natural Stone, Handmade, Vintage and Artisan Variation

Many MashaUSA items may include handmade, vintage, artisan, sterling silver, turquoise, natural stone, or Southwestern / Native American jewelry characteristics. Natural variation in stone color, matrix, texture, shape, size, oxidation, patina, stamping, finish, and handmade details is normal and is not considered damage, defect, or misrepresentation.

Order Approval

Submission of a trade account application, inquiry, cart, quote request, or requested order does not create a confirmed order. Orders are only confirmed after MashaUSA approves the account, confirms product availability, issues an invoice or Shopify draft order, and receives cleared payment.

Inventory Availability

Inventory is not reserved until payment has cleared and the order has been accepted by MashaUSA. MashaUSA may adjust, substitute, remove, cancel, or refund unavailable items before final order processing.

Payment Risk and Verification

MashaUSA may require additional identity, business, billing, shipping, or payment verification before approving a wholesale order. For high-value, unusual, suspicious, unverifiable, or high-risk orders, MashaUSA may require bank transfer, wire transfer, staged payments, split shipments, additional documentation, or shipment only to a verified business or billing address.

Payment Disputes, PayPal Claims and Chargebacks

The buyer agrees to contact MashaUSA directly in writing before opening any PayPal dispute, payment claim, chargeback, bank reversal, or payment processor dispute. MashaUSA may use the buyer’s application, form acknowledgments, invoices, order records, tracking, delivery confirmation, packing photos, product photos, communication history, and these terms as evidence in any dispute.

Shipping, Insurance and Risk

Wholesale buyers are responsible for providing accurate billing and shipping information. MashaUSA may require insured shipping, adult signature confirmation, or signature confirmation for wholesale, trade, bulk, high-value, or special-quantity orders. Shipping costs, insurance, duties, taxes, customs fees, import charges, and carrier fees are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise stated in writing by MashaUSA.

Refused, Undeliverable or Abandoned Shipments

If a shipment is refused, abandoned, returned due to an incorrect address, unpaid duties, buyer non-response, or delivery failure caused by buyer-provided information, the buyer remains responsible for original shipping charges, return shipping fees, carrier fees, handling costs, and any related expenses.

Marketplace and Resale Restrictions

MashaUSA may restrict or prohibit resale on third-party marketplaces including, but not limited to, Amazon, eBay, Etsy, Walmart, TikTok Shop, or other online platforms. Buyers must disclose intended resale channels before approval and must not misrepresent MashaUSA products, pricing, origin, materials, condition, or availability.

Brand Use

Wholesale buyers may not use MashaUSA photos, logos, product descriptions, videos, advertising materials, or brand assets without written permission from MashaUSA. Approved buyers must represent the products accurately and professionally.

Cancellation or Refusal by MashaUSA

MashaUSA reserves the right to delay, cancel, refund, split, or refuse any wholesale, trade, bulk, high-value, suspicious, unverifiable, or high-risk order at its sole discretion.
