Our repair services are backed by a 5 year guarantee. We are committed to the quality of our work, and we stand by it. If any issues arise with the repair within 90 days of service, we will also incur shipping costs both ways for added convenience.

Please note that our repair guarantee does not cover jewelry that has been misused or abused. Any damage resulting from intentional harm or excessive wear and tear is not eligible for repair under this policy.

In addition to repair services, we also offer most types of replacement components or stones to restore your jewelry to its original brilliance. Our experts will work diligently to source the most suitable materials to match your piece.

To initiate a repair, a Repair Authorization is required. Please follow these steps:

Once your repair request is approved, we will provide you with a Repair Authorization number and further instructions on how to send your jewelry to us.

Upon receiving your jewelry, our skilled jewelers will thoroughly inspect it and assess the necessary repairs. We will provide you with a quote for parts and repair.

After the repair is completed, we will promptly return your jewelry to you in its restored state, along with a detailed repair summary.
