1.Misused or Abused Items

If any components or materials are lost, they are not covered under this warranty. To avail of warranty services, all original components must be returned for reassembly or repair.

For the first 90 days from the date of purchase, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for both the outbound and return shipments to facilitate a hassle-free warranty claim process.
