Most packages arrive within 1–3 days within the United States, excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and international shipments.

Returns may be initiated within 30 days of delivery and require a Return Authorization (RA) number. No restocking fee applies to unworn, undamaged items returned in original packaging with original tags intact. Return shipping is free for incorrect, defective/not-as-described, or carrier-damaged orders; change-of-mind returns have a return-label charge. Worn items may incur a condition-based fee.
